drepx is a dropshipping automation tool ("Service") that assists users in:

• Importing product information from source marketplaces (e.g., AliExpress, Temu).
• Synchronizing inventory and prices to selling channels (e.g., Shopify, eBay).
• Automating order fulfillment processes.

We are a software provider, not a supplier or retailer. We do not hold inventory, shill products, or handle returns directly.

You acknowledge that dropshipping activities may be subject to the policies of third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).

• Dropshipping Policy: You are responsible for complying with the dropshipping policies of any platform you sell on.
• Account Bans: drepx is not responsible for any suspension, limitation, or banning of your selling accounts or buying accounts caused by your dropshipping activities.
• Scraping: While we optimize for safety, excessive use of automation tools may trigger security measures on source sites.

• Flipping/Free Trial: If you sign up for a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial payments of annual plans. Monthly payments are non-refundable generally, subject to applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with multiple users (account sharing).

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We verify data accuracy but rely on third-party sources; therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of price or stock levels at all times.
